The platform and the offering

E-Transport provides an account workspace for company information, share offerings, orders and ownership records. The legal operator of this platform and the final contractual terms are still being confirmed.

Each approved offering identifies the company, seller, share class, quantity, price and purchase terms. Review those details before accepting a quote. A company overview, illustration or forecast is not a purchase agreement or a promise of returns.

Your account and wallet

You can start with Google or an Ethereum wallet. To add another sign-in method to the same profile, connect it from Account while signed in. Signing in separately with an unlinked identity can create a separate profile; existing profiles are not automatically merged.

A wallet sign-in asks you to sign a message. It does not pay for shares, approve token spending or transfer ownership. Keep your sign-in methods and wallet recovery information secure. E-Transport does not ask for your seed phrase or private key.

A sign-in wallet and the wallet approved for receiving STAI are separate records. Changing or unlinking a sign-in method does not move registered shares or reissue tokens. Shareholder approval is required before buying.

Payment and registration

Review the share quantity, CHF price, payment asset and network, receiving wallet, deadline and offering terms. The payment amount is shown separately from the share price. Accepting a quote creates an order; it does not take money from your wallet.

Payment is completed through the ExPay invoice linked from the order. Use the exact asset, network, amount and deadline shown there. E-Transport verifies the payment separately; returning from the payment page is not proof that payment succeeded.

After payment is verified, appointed company staff review the transfer and record it in the share register. Payment, share registration and token delivery have separate statuses. Follow the current instructions in your order rather than sending another payment.

Shares and STAI tokens

The offering concerns existing company shares from the named seller. The accepted share register records ownership. One whole STAI token represents one of those same registered shares; shares and their token representation are not two separate holdings.

STAI delivery requires a separate authorization and blockchain confirmation after registration. These tokens are nontransferable in this release. Token resale, automated profit distributions and wallet recovery are not available. A transaction reference alone does not establish completed token delivery.

Scooters, cars and software are company business records. Adding an asset to the overview does not issue shares or tokens, or grant direct ownership of that individual asset to an account holder.

Delays, errors and refunds

A partial, late, excess or uncertain payment needs review. Do not pay again or create another order to resolve it. Keep the original order and payment reference. A token-delivery delay after registration does not remove the ownership already recorded in the register.

Refunds are reviewed and carried out through a separate manual process. There is no instant refund button. The approved offering must set out the applicable cancellation, refund, eligibility and dispute terms before purchase. This draft does not establish a refund entitlement, deadline or governing jurisdiction.

Documents and contact

The company must approve the final platform terms, legal identity and contact information before this draft is replaced. Updated platform information does not silently replace the purchase terms saved with an existing order.
