E-TRANSPORT / GUIDE

Buying shares, step by step.

Know what happens before you pay, where your shares are recorded and what to do if an order needs attention.

01Review the offer

Know the seller, shares and total.

02Pay the invoice

Follow the exact payment instructions.

03Follow your records

Registration first, token delivery next.

Before you buy

You buy existing company shares from the seller named in an approved offering. One STAI token represents one of those same registered shares. You are not buying a separate piece of a scooter or car.

Start with Google or a wallet. In Account, check your sign-in methods and wallet. The company must verify your shareholder record and approve your receiving wallet before you can buy. Signing in with a wallet alone does not complete that review.

If Buy shares shows no open offerings, there is nothing to pay yet. You can explore the company and manage your account while an offering is prepared. Availability, price and purchase terms appear in the offering when it is ready.

Review, then pay

  1. Choose shares. Open Buy shares, select an available offering and enter the quantity.
  2. Check the quote. Review the seller, number of shares, CHF total, exact payment amount and network, receiving wallet, deadline and approved purchase terms.
  3. Create your order. Accept the offering terms only after reviewing them. This creates an order; it does not charge your wallet.
  4. Open its payment page. Follow the ExPay link from that order. Use exactly the asset, network, amount and deadline on the invoice. The payment network can differ from Base, where STAI is represented.

Keep the order reference and payment receipt. Return to the same order to check progress. A payment-page redirect, wallet signature or transaction hash on its own does not confirm that your purchase is complete.

Follow the three stages

Payment
The platform checks the invoice and the payment received. Pending or review states need checking, not another transfer.
Share registration
Appointed company staff independently approve the transfer. Once registered, your shares appear in the register and your acquisition statement is available.
STAI delivery
A separate company authorization and blockchain reconciliation deliver the token representation. Confirmed tokens are part of your registered holding, not extra shares.

In Orders, open the original order for its next action. In Portfolio, view registered shares and how many of those shares have confirmed tokens.

If payment needs attention

Do not pay twice.

Keep the original order. A delay or uncertain response is not a request to send the payment again.

I paid, but the order still says pending.

Open the same order and use its payment-status refresh when available. Checks may need a short interval before retrying. Keep the transfer reference and the exact asset, network and amount. A failed check does not prove the transfer failed.

The payment page did not open, or the request timed out.

Return to the existing order. If the invoice outcome is unknown, do not create a replacement order or send money to an address from an unrelated message. Follow the order’s recovery instructions; an operator may need to reconcile the original invoice.

I sent the wrong amount, or paid after the deadline.

The payment needs manual review. Do not top it up or repeat it without reviewed instructions. An excess payment does not buy extra shares; a late payment does not reserve shares again. Keep the invoice and transfer details for review.

Can I cancel or request a refund?

Read the approved terms saved with your order. Refunds require review and an external manual process; there is no instant refund button. Once shares are registered, the platform does not provide an ordinary cancellation or reversal action. A token delay does not itself cancel your ownership.

Wallets and your records

Why do I see a different account after wallet sign-in?

An unlinked wallet can create its own profile. To keep one profile, sign in using the method you previously used, then connect the second method from Account. Two existing profiles are not automatically combined.

My shares are registered, but I cannot see STAI yet.

Check the token-delivery status and receiving wallet in the order. Registration and token delivery are separate stages. Your registered position remains in Portfolio while delivery is reviewed; do not pay again or request a second delivery to another address.

Where is my statement?

After registration, open the order and choose its registration statement. You can print it or save it as a PDF using your browser. It describes that acquisition; Portfolio shows your broader position.

How do I disconnect my mobile wallet?

Sign out of E-Transport or unlink the wallet from Account when another sign-in method remains. If cleanup cannot be confirmed, open Connected sites in your wallet and disconnect E-Transport there. Disconnecting does not transfer shares, change the registered receiving wallet or erase records.

Prepare a support request

A public support and privacy contact has not yet been appointed. Contact details will be published here once confirmed by the company.

For a purchase issue, keep these details ready for a verified private support channel:

  • Your account reference from Account and the original order reference.
  • The status or exact error, and when it happened.
  • If you paid: the invoice/transfer reference, asset, network and amount.

Do not post identity documents publicly or send passwords, seed phrases, private keys or authenticator recovery codes. No support request requires a token-spending approval or an extra payment.

Platform documents: Terms of use draft and Privacy policy draft. The final wording and public contact are awaiting company confirmation.
